Returns Policy
 
We at Couture Dresses UK understand how hard it can be to imagine what a dress will look like on
you without trying it, especially when you are unable to touch and feel the quality of the dress.
 
For this very reason, we are more than happy to accept returns provided:
 
1. We are notified within 24 hours of receipt that a dress will be returned to us via email to
[email protected]
2. Once the return is authorised, you will receive a ‘Return Authorisation Code.’
3. You will need to enclose this return authorisation code along with your name, address, contact
details and reason for return with the dress and return back to us within 7 days.
4. The dress is returned to us in a re-saleable condition with tags attached and with no damage
from trying on the dress.
5. Return postage will be at the buyers own expense via a traceable delivery service.

Please note the following with regards to your refund:
• Original postage paid will not be refunded.
• An admin/restocking fee of 15% will be deducted before refund is processed or 18% if your
order qualified for free delivery.
• PRODUCTS MARKED WITH ‘PLEASE SEE RETURNS POLICY’ WILL BE REFUNDED AS A STORE
CREDIT ONLY.
 
Exchange Policy
 
We understand that sometimes sizing can be an issue when ordering online so we are happy to
exchange your dress for an alternate size or design.
 
 
All EXCHANGES will incur a service charge of 10%.
